At Spinacho, we strive to provide the best food delivery experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness to all our customers.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your food delivery, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Order: If the food delivered does not match your order, please report it to us within 30 minutes of delivery. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
- Late Delivery: If your order is delivered more than 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time, and the delay is not due to external factors beyond our control (such as extreme weather), you may request a refund.
- Food Quality Issues: If the quality of the food is not satisfactory, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We may offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders for food delivery can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them, as long as the restaurant has not started preparing the food. To cancel, please use the app or contact our customer support immediately.
- After Preparation: Once the restaurant has started preparing the food, cancellations are not allowed. In such cases, the order will proceed as planned.
Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Food items that have been tampered with or consumed partially.
- Orders canceled after the restaurant has started preparation.
- Complaints regarding the taste or preference which are subjective.
