  • Full refund within 5 minutes if prep hasn't started

Spinacho-Initiated Cancellations

When Spinacho cancels due to stock/delivery issues - full refund guaranteed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Eligibility

  • Missing items or poor quality
  • Non-delivery issues
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Refund Processing Times

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Digital wallet refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
